Cottage and Gardens

This beautiful Derbyshire character cottage is perfect for large groups, hen parties and families wishing to relax, unwind or party with friends in a stunning area of England. Large, landscaped gardens and pastureland surround the cottage and are always full of wildlife. Within the garden is car parking enough for all visitors, and a shed for your cycles. Patio and furniture with chimera and 2 BBQ’s plus you own private hot tub will help you to enjoy your stay.

Kitchen, Lounge and Dining Rooms

The kitchen, dining room and lounge are all separate. A grade II listed cottage full of character and charm  and extremely well equipped.  All rooms are fitted with quality hand- made antique pine furniture, all furnishings are co-ordinated  to create luxury. The lounge and dining rooms have cosy log fires to compliment the full central hearing.

Bedrooms

There are five characterful bedrooms sleeping up to 14. Within these are four double beds and two single beds. There are also two pull-out single beds and two single-bed chairs. There are two travel cots for our younger guests. Towels are provided throughout.

Bathrooms and WC

All bathrooms are on the centre floor. The large master bathroom has a large roll topped bath, a walk in power shower, top mounted sink and WC. Shaver point. There is an ensuite shower off the master bedroom with power shower, sink and WC. There is also a 3rd WC off the rear downstairs hall.

Beautiful Derbyshire

With a patchwork landscape of arable, pastureland and moorland divided by limestone walls and hedgerows it is steeped in history, evolving from lead mining villages to the cotton and mining industries across the county. This cottage is beautiful, feels luxurious, is very well maintained and so is the perfect place to relax.

The kitchen is well equipped, hot tub a real treat, beds comfy with good quality linen. Log burning fire and beautiful bathroom were also a hit. The large dining room was perfect for long slow breakfasts and evening meals for everyone.
